Ice Cream Topping

Total time: 15 minutes

Servings: 16 servings

Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ c. heavy cream
  • 8 oz. semi-sweet chocolate, finely chopped

Instructions:

  1. Scald heavy cream over medium heat, stirring occasionally until bubbles start to form on the edges of the pot.
  2. Remove from the heat and pour over the chocolate. Let it sit for about 5 minutes to give the chocolate time to melt.
  3. After the chocolate has melted, whisk it together until smooth and let it cool.
  4. Serve over ice cream with your favorite Student-Made Fruit Spread!
