Ice Cream Topping

Ingredients:
- 1 ½ c. heavy cream
- 8 oz. semi-sweet chocolate, finely chopped
Instructions:
- Scald heavy cream over medium heat, stirring occasionally until bubbles start to form on the edges of the pot.
- Remove from the heat and pour over the chocolate. Let it sit for about 5 minutes to give the chocolate time to melt.
- After the chocolate has melted, whisk it together until smooth and let it cool.
- Serve over ice cream with your favorite Student-Made Fruit Spread!
