Glazed Corn on the Cob

Glazed Corn on the Cob

Instructions:

  1. Trim the silk from the top of each ear to prevent it from catching fire and peel away the first layer of husks.
  2. Remove the stalk at the end of each ear of corn. Place the corn on the grill. Cover and grill for 5 minutes.
  3. Uncover and turn the corn before cooking for 5 minutes more. Repeat turning in 5 minutes intervals totaling 15-20 minutes until the corn is toasted on all sides.
  4. Remove the corn and cool slightly, peel away the remainder of husks and remove the remaining silks. Brush with Student-Made Pepper Jelly and place corn back on the grill to caramelize for 4-5 minutes.
  5. Once done sprinkle with red pepper flakes to give it a little more heat and enjoy!
