SHIPPING POLICY

As a guest of College of the Ozarks, we want to make sure you have the best possible online shopping experience - from start to finish. We will make every effort to ensure your shipment is handled as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Orders delivering to PO box will cost more as a handling fee is applied. 

Most all of our products ship UPS or FedEx ground. Our shipping prices vary depending on single address location within the united states or internationally. 

Complete satisfaction is our main goal with your Hard Work U®  Student-Made Products.

Production and handling times 

Packaging of orders placed within business hours Monday-Friday 9am-2:30pm we will strive to pack within 24-48hrs, after 2:30pm or Weekend will fall to next business day(s) for processing. Time will vary for delivery from 3-5 business days on most items unless requested for quicker services, overnight, 2-day air, 3-day select.  Due to order volume during the Holiday shopping season we may be forced to stretch this time frame out.  We will have this information displayed across the top of the homepage if it changes from normal production times. 

 For Items marked as PRE-ORDER we are looking at currently 3-4 weeks for delivery and notification upon fulfillment. 

Remember rates are subject to change by shipping companies at any time, however it is our goal to provide you, our customer the best rates possible. 

If you have not received tracking information on your package please check your junk or spam mail as notifications often drop there. If not please email guest-relations@cofo.edu with your order number and name on order and we will resend.
