1/2 CUP STRAWBERRY FRUIT SPREAD

1/2 CUP OLIVE OIL

1 CLOVE GARLIC

1/2 CUP WHITE VINEGAR

1/2 TEASPOON SALT

1/2 TEASPOON CRUSHED BLACK PEPPER

In a medium bowl whisk together all ingredients until evenly combined. Taste for additional seasoning. Shake/Stir before dressing greens. Tastes great on romaine and spinach blend.
