Pepper Jelly Smoked Cream Cheese

Ingredients:
- 1 jar of your favorite Student-Made Pepper Jelly
- 1 8 oz. block Cream Cheese
- Bacon bits (optional)
Instructions:
- Place the cream cheese in an 8 x 8 in. baking dish.
- Lightly score the top of the cream cheese in a diagonal crisscross pattern. About ½ in. deep.
- Place the cream cheese in a smoker set to 225°F and smoke for 1 hour.
- After it has been smoked, remove from the oven and top with your choice of pepper jelly and the bacon bits if desired. Enjoy it with crackers for dipping!
