Instructions:

  1. Place the cream cheese in an 8 x 8 in. baking dish.
  2. Lightly score the top of the cream cheese in a diagonal crisscross pattern. About ½ in. deep.
  3. Place the cream cheese in a smoker set to 225°F and smoke for 1 hour.
  4. After it has been smoked, remove from the oven and top with your choice of pepper jelly and the bacon bits if desired. Enjoy it with crackers for dipping!
