REFUND POLICY

As a guest of College of the Ozarks, we want to make sure you have the best possible online shopping experience - from start to finish. We will make every effort to ensure your return is handled as quickly and efficiently as possible.

STUDENT-MADE PRODUCTS RETURN POLICY:
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from our collection of student-made products, we guarantee full replacement of the product.

APPAREL AND GENERAL MERCHANDISE RETURN POLICY:

Complete satisfaction is our main goal with your Hard Work U®  apparel and gifts.

If you have an item that does not fit or that you are unhappy with, we ask that you send the items back to us with the receipt and in the original condition.

If you receive a damaged item or an item you did not order, please email guest-relations@cofo.edu - your domestic shipping costs will be prepaid. Please note to use our pre-paid labels. Shipments must be sent from the United States.

All returned apparel must be unworn, unwashed, and accompanied by the original receipt.

You can return your purchase for up to 30 days from the purchase date.

Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 72 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account. As part of our 30-day return policy, all returns will need to be received and processed within 30 days of purchase.

We cannot refund original or return shipping fees for returned items that are undamaged or packaged according to the exact specifications of the order.

We cannot issue refunds for online orders at our retail stores.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

We are unable to process exchanges at this time. If you would like a different item, please begin a new order on our website.

Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!

Our fulfillment center will be finalizing our shipping for the season Dec. 17th.  All orders placed after this date will not be guaranteed to arrive by Christmas. We will then be closed until the 2nd of January in which we will resume package fulfillment on the 3rd. Thank you again for supporting College of the Ozarks!
