Peach Cobbler Wheat Waffle

Ingredients:
Waffles
- 1 ½ c. Edwards Mill Wheat Pancake & Waffle Mix
- 1c. Milk
- 1 Egg
- 1t. Cinnamon
- 1t. Nutmeg
- 1 Tbsp. Brown Sugar
- 2 Tbsp. Vegetable Oil
- Student-Made Peach Fruit Spread
- 1 Medium Peach, peeled and sliced.
Streusel Topping
- ¼ c. Quick Oats
- 3 Tbsp. Flour
- 1 ½ Tbsp. Honey
- 3 Tbsp. Unsalted Butter
- ½ t. Cinnamon
- dash of Nutmeg
Instructions:
- In a saucepan combine all streusel ingredients. Cook over medium heat, stirring continuously until golden. Remove from heat and set aside.
- In a large bowl, prepare the waffles by combining the Edwards Mill Waffle mix, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
- In another bowl, combine the milk, egg, brown sugar, and oil. Combine the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
- Make your waffles in a lightly greased waffle iron.
- Stack the waffles and drizzle with Student-Made Peach Fruit Spread. Top with sliced fresh peaches, streusel topping, whipped cream, and maple syrup. Enjoy!
