Pepper Jelly Coleslaw

SERVING:  4-6 cups


  • 1-Jar Pepper Jelly 
  • 1 head of Red Cabbage, sliced
  • 4 scallions, sliced thinly
  • 1 1/2 c. shaved carrots 
  • salt and pepper to taste



  • Chop Cabbage, Scallions, and Carrots. Combine all ingredients in a bowl. 
  • Top with Pepper Jelly and salt and pepper to taste.
  • Toss together. Store in an air-tight container.
