Pepper Jelly Coleslaw

Ingredients
- 1-Jar Pepper Jelly
- 1 head of Red Cabbage, sliced
- 4 scallions, sliced thinly
- 1 1/2 c. shaved carrots
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Chop Cabbage, Scallions, and Carrots. Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
- Top with Pepper Jelly and salt and pepper to taste.
- Toss together. Store in an air-tight container.
