Peach Buffalo Wings

Ingredients:
- 3 lbs. Chicken Wings
- 1 jar Student-Made Peach Fruit Spread
- 3 Tbsp. Student-Made Pepper Jelly
- ¾ c. Honey
- 2 Tbsp. Soy Sauce
- 1 tsp. grated, fresh Ginger
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 3 Tbsp. Apple Cider Vinegar
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 450°F.
- Line the wings skin side up on baking pan and season with salt and pepper. Place the pan in oven and cook for about 5 minutes.
- While chicken is in the oven, mix the remaining ingredients in a bowl, set aside a ½ c. of the mixture. Using a pastry brush, slather the wings with the remaining sauce.
- Place the wings back in oven and cook for 15 minutes. Flip the wings and cook for another 15 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and toss with the remaining sauce. Enjoy!
