Instructions:

  1. In a cold mixing bowl, pour the heavy whipping cream and vanilla extract, and beat until slightly frothy.
  2. Add the powdered sugar and beat until stiff peaks form, being careful not to overmix.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix up your favorite Student-Made fruit spread so it is softer and easier to incorporate into the whipped cream.
  4. Gently fold in your softened Student-Made fruit spread flavor until it is dispersed throughout all the whipped cream.
  5. Serve with cake, cookies, puddings, scones, and hot chocolate. Or even try it with our recipe for Scone Cookies, Cornmeal Cookies, or even Malted Crepes.

Ever tried baking an angel cake, slicing it through the middle—side to side—then filling and frosting it with the following.
Pint of whipping cream, powdered sugar, cocoa powder, vanilla —whipped until stiff peaks. After filling and frosting, enjoy. It keeps well in the freezer.
