Scone Cookies

Ingredients:
- 3 c. Edwards Mill Scone Mix
- ½ c. unsalted butter, softened
- 1 ⅓ c. heavy cream
- 2 eggs
- 1 c. chocolate chips
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F and line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
- Combine the Edwards Mill scone mix and butter and mix until crumbly. Add cream and eggs; mix well.
- Stir in chocolate chips.
- Shape into 1in. balls, and place on a parchment-lined sheet pan, 1in. apart. Bake 7-9 minutes or just until edges are golden brown. Enjoy!
