Scone Cookies

Servings: 24 cookies

Ingredients:

  • 3 c. Edwards Mill Scone Mix
  • ½ c. unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 ⅓ c. heavy cream
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c. chocolate chips

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Combine the Edwards Mill scone mix and butter and mix until crumbly. Add cream and eggs; mix well.
  3. Stir in chocolate chips.
  4. Shape into 1in. balls, and place on a parchment-lined sheet pan, 1in. apart. Bake 7-9 minutes or just until edges are golden brown. Enjoy!
