3 cups student-made scone mix
1/2 c. unsalted butter, softened
1 1/3 c. heavy cream
1 c. chocolate chips
preheat oven to 350 F. Place mix in bowl add butter, mix until crumbly. Add cream and eggs, mix well. Stir in chocolate chips. Scoop onto parchment lined sheet pan in 1in balls, 1in. apart. Bake 7-9 minutes. Just until edges are a golden brown. Enjoy!
