PEACH BUTTERCREAM FROSTING

Ingredients:

1lb. unsalted butter, room temperature

1c. shortening

2 1/2lb. powdered sugar

1/4c. Student-Made Peach Fruit Spread (or any flavor of your choice)

 

Instructions:

In a mixing bowl, cream the butter and shortening until smooth and lump free. Slowly add powdered sugar and cream for 5min. Fold in Student-Made Peach Fruit Spread and serve on your favorite cake, cupcakes, cookies.
