Receiving a recent letter from a valued guest of our student-made products we were able to hear just how much our patrons love our Pear Honey Salad Dressing. We thought this was too good to keep for ourselves so we decided to share with all who love student-made products.
Pear Salad Recipe:
2 green pears- washed, peeled and thinly sliced
1 red pear-retain peel and slice thin (remove cores)
2 heads of butter lettuce-washed and dry
Candied pecans, walnuts, or nuts of your choice
and finally, top salad off with the College of the Ozarks, Pear Honey Salad Dressing!
