Elderberry Jelly - 8oz.

Elderberries grow across the United States and Southern Canada. It is a bush that produces bluish-black fruit in bunches of little berries. The berries are quite bitter, so they are rarely eaten by themselves. Generally used in juices, jellies, or jams. They go nicely on top of or swirled through cheesecake.
